About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to help us find and hire skilled professionals within IT and engineering. You will work closely with managers and customers to understand hiring needs and find the right candidates for different technical roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment processes from start to finish

• Search for candidates through different channels and professional networks

• Interview candidates and evaluate their experience and skills

• Support managers during the hiring process

• Build relationships with candidates and future talent

• Coordinate onboarding of new employees and consultants

• Maintain recruitment information and follow up on hiring activities

• Support improvements to recruitment processes

Requirements

• Experience working with recruitment or talent acquisition

• Experience hiring for technical roles is preferred

• Good communication and relationship-building skills

• Ability to manage several recruitment processes at the same time

• Experience working with candidates, customers, or internal stakeholders

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Preferred Experience

• Experience from IT, engineering, consulting, or technology industries

• Experience working with recruitment tools and candidate databases

• Experience supporting consultants or staffing assignments
